8th Grade Party – I ❤️ the 90’s!!

Presale $30 (April 5th – May 4th)
Regular $40 (May 5th – June 5th)

There are three ways to purchase tickets: Cash, Check or PayPal.
Tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door. Tickets must be purchased in advance and a permission slip must be signed and turned in before admittance to the party.
Note: If you have more than one 8th grade student, please complete a separate form for each student.
Festivities will include – DJ, Food, Prizes, Photo Booth, Outdoor Games and Indoor games (including a quieter place to escape from the noise)
This party is funded fully by ticket sales and donations. A large part of our cost goes directly to the facility, DJ/Photo Booth and food leaving some money left over to purchase awesome raffle prizes. If you would like to help contribute towards the party, there are a few ways you can help:
- We are looking for volunteers to help with Set Up/Clean Up and Chaperoning and also some food/drink donations – visit this link Party Help
- We are also looking for help with securing raffle prizes, visit our Amazon Wish List. Any items purchased will be sent to a team member and kept secure for the party.

Each 8th grade student needs to have an online Parent Permission form filled out, signed, and on file, and purchase a ticket (scholarships available, see above).

Paying by Cash or Check:
- Send cash or check (made out to CPMS PTSA) with your student (please indicate “8th Grade Party” in the notes section if paying by check).
- Have your student bring their signed permission slip AND cash or check to the 8th Grade Party Ticket Table in the cafeteria during B & C lunches on April 26th (for $30) or June 7th (for $30) to officially RSVP for the party!
**This night is exclusively for Canyon Park Middle School 8th Grade Students!**
Thank you all for your support of these amazing 8th Graders. We look forward to celebrating them as they close the chapter on their Middle School years and head off to High School!!
