Donate and join the PTSA today! You are joining a community of people that encourages student achievement and enriches their learning environment. We believe in building partnerships between families and our school and together, we can make a difference!

• Have a say in how PTSA funds are spent, what programs & activities are supported, and so much more.
• Learn the latest CPMS information via PTSA meetings and communications.
• Connect with other CPMS families, staff & students.

There are two ways to join:

1. JOIN ONLINE using your debit/credit card or PayPal account.
2. Download the CPMS 2023-2024 Membership form and mail the completed form with check/cash to CPMS PTSA | P.O. Box 1434 | Bothell, WA 98041.

2023-2024 Membership Levels

• Individual Membership – $14
• Double Membership (2 adults) – $24
• 3 or more Adults Membership — $11 for each adult  **(select # of adults @ checkout!!)**
• CPMS Staff Membership – $10
• Student Membership — $10 **(be sure to enter student member info @ checkout so that we can enter them into the membership database!! (you can use your email address if they don’t have one))**

Corporate Matching
Many corporations – large and small (Microsoft, Boeing, Costco, etc.) – will match donations made to non-profit organizations like ours!  Please check with your HR department to take advantage of this amazing program!

Tax Deduction
Remember – CPMS PTSA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.  Receipts for tax purposes are available upon request.
